Pet Accessory Questions

Q: What materials do you use?
A: For bandanas, bowties and pet toys I use cotton or poly cotton fabrics with cotton thread and plastic snaps or elastic. Each cat toy has a mix of catnip or silvervine leaves for your cat to enjoy as well as a little bit of polyfil stuffing inside.
Q: Can my cat wear the bandana/bowtie everywhere?
A: Please only use the bowties and bandanas under supervision! The buttoned bandanas do not have safety snaps and will not come off if caught on something, which could hurt your pet. Please only use them with supervision!
Q: My pet is too big for this bandana, do you make larger sizes?
A: Other sizes will be available in the future! I currently make small and large size bandanas/bowties. If there's a size you'd like please email me!
Q: My pet got something on the fabric, what do I do?
A: You can easily spot clean the bandanas and bowties with some soft detergent and water. The bowties are a little more fragile than the bandanas, so please don't attempt to throw them in the washer. A gentle hand wash or spot clean will work for most issues! (DO NOT BLEACH!)
Q: Do you do this pattern/color?
A: The patterns of bandanas and bowties vary according to what I'm able to get my paws on! I'm sorry if the color you wanted sold out, I only have a limited amount of each fabric. However! If you have an idea and wand to see if I can get a fabric, send me an email and I might be able to work with you!
Q: What if I have a question that's not answered here?
A: Please feel free to email me any questions you may have! I'm happy to answer!

Craft Questions

Q: What materials do you use?
A: My warming critters are made with cotton material, canvas, heat transfer vinyl and whole maize feed corn. These are sewn on a Serger heavy duty machine with cotton thread and some pieces are sewn on by hand. The soft material in the paws is a mixture of silicone beads and polyfil/fiber fill stuffing.
Q: Can I microwave the warming critter?
A: The heat pad inside is microwave safe! The critter itself is not microwave safe! The microwave could damage the vinyl accents on the critter. Please only put the little canvas heat pad in the microwave.
Q: Can I get a custom critter?
A: I'm not currently taking customs! I'll have new critters available as time allows though, so keep an eye out!
Q: How do I clean the critter?
A: The critter is hand washable with gentle detergents and line/hang dry. Please do not use the dryer or heat on these little guys, it could ruin their vinyl!
